An experienced digital practitioner, Sharan joined Navigate in 2009 from OMDUK and became Managing Director of our UK business in 2020.

David Glasgow

Group Head & Director (Australia)

Since joining us in 2018 Dave has been responsible for the day to day management of our Sydney office. He has been working in affiliate marketing for over 9 years having started his career at Webgains, where he spent his last 2 years heading up their main account management department. He then worked client side as eCommerce Manager for before moving to Sydney in 2017.

Jessica Hughes

Media Planning - Group Head

After completing her degree in Mathematics at Swansea University, Jessica has worked in a digital planning role across a range of clients including Danone, Mitsubishi, Prostate Cancer UK and Tiffany & Co, before joining Navigate. A keen traveller, Jessica enjoys bouldering, Brazilian barbeques and speaking questionable Spanish.

Tom Du Luart

Media Planning - Group Head

After completing his degree in International Business at Bristol UWE, Tom joined the media industry worked for Maxus and OMDUK where he managed Barclays UK and International accounts before joining Navigate. Outside of work Tom’s interests include football, rugby and skiing.

Toni Honey

Affiliates - Group Head

Toni graduated from Bucks New University with a degree in Journalism but moved into the world of Affiliate Marketing in 2013. Toni has well rounded experience in affiliate marketing having worked network, client and agency side, with knowledge in the luxury and retail vertical having worked with brands such as Alexander McQueen, LUISAVIAROMA, Fortnum & Mason, Stuart Weitzman and Anya Hindmarch.

Ashley Auckle

Biddable - Group Head

A PPC specialist at heart, Ash has been working agency side since 2012, running successful multi-channel campaigns in multiple verticals ranging from start-ups to the likes of the Cricket World Cup 2019, the NFL and TM Lewin, before joining Navigate to lead our Biddable team. Outside of the office Ash can be found watching football, or showing anyone and everyone photos of 'his beautiful baby boy'.

Filipa Portela

Account Manager

Filipa joined the team in 2018 after navigating her way through digital marketing at House of Fraser for over 3 years and has experience across Email Marketing, Paid Search and Affiliates. Outside of work Dancing, travelling and going to the gym are her passions and she cannot live without a good mac and cheese.

Roberta Toth

Account Manager

After completing her degree in Marketing at Australia’s University of Western Sydney, Roberta went to work in the marketing team of one of Australia’s leading women’s fashion retailers before moving to the UK in 2017. Roberta joined the team in 2018 and works across our Media Planning & Buying and Affiliate teams.

Tyson Spensieri

Senior Biddable Account Executive

Tyson joined the Navigate team in 2020 arriving from an agency in Perth, Western Australia where he worked as a Digital Media Executive. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, he majored in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. Outside of work he is passionate sportsman.

Lauren Haynes

Account Executive

Lauren joined Navigate in 2019, having returned from several months of travelling around South East Asia, after completing a degree in Psychology from Warwick University, and a Master’s in Marketing from Birmingham University. Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about fitness and the gym, and can usually be found listening to a good podcast (typically about either food, true crime, or the brain).

Jack Ou

Account Executive (Australia)

After completing his degree majoring in Marketing at Australia’s University of Sydney, Jack made his move into the marketing world working for the podcast ‘Property Investory’ and IKEA before joining our Affiliate team in 2018. Outside of the digital marketing bubble, Jack’s interests include football, gaming and Japanese culture

Ben Potter

Non Executive Director

A friend to the agency over many years, Ben joined Navigate as a Non-Exec Director in 2020. With expertise in positioning and business development, he specialises in helping agencies win the right clients. He writes for Econsultancy and Dealmasters Magazine, and has been acknowledged as one of the UK’s most influential business developers in The Drum’s BD100.

Kate Rigby

Human Resources Advisor

Kate works for 'HR Revolution' who are our outsourced HR Partner and works closely with the team as our specialist HR advisor. At HRR she is responsible for the HR and client delivery activity, ensuring that the business implements client focused strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth, enforcing best practice throughout

John Kimbell

Director (UK & Australia)

John has worked at various agencies since 1997, including EHS Brann, Saatchi & Saatchi and Universal McCann, before co-founding Navigate in 2007. He has vast experience in both on and offline media and has worked across a variety of brands including Proctor & Gamble, Virgin Atlantic, Intel and More Th>n. He lives in Surrey, has 3 kids and spends too much time worrying about his beloved football team, Pompey.

Matt D’Alton

Director (UK & Australia)

Co-founder and cycling fanatic Matt manages our affiliate management and paid search services. His experience spans over 20 years in both the publisher and agency worlds, and before founding Navigate, he led the UK PPC and Affiliate teams for at Universal McCann. A keen cyclist, Matt lives in Essex with his wife and 2 children.

Julian Miall

Director (UK & Australia)

Julian previously worked at Reed Business Information, first joining as a graduate in 1997. His other interests include investments in a wide range of start-up businesses and a keen interest in sports and travel.

Grant Allaway

Director (UK & Australia)

Grant has worked in digital advertising for almost 20 years. He started his career at leading B2B publisher Reed Elsevier and spent most of the last decade jointly running the UK's leading digital sales house, AD2ONE.
