Co-founder and cycling fanatic Matt manages our affiliate management and paid search services. His experience spans over 13 years in both the publisher and agency worlds, and before founding Navigate, he led the UK search and affiliate teams for six years at Universal McCann.

John Kimbell

Managing Partner & Director

John has worked at various agencies since 1997, including EHS Brann, Saatchi & Saatchi and Universal McCann, before co-founding Navigate in 2007. He oversees the agency’s media planning and buying team, and ensures an integrated offering for clients. He lives in Surrey, has 3 kids and spends too much time worrying about his beloved football team, Portsmouth.

Sharan Cheema

Client Services Director

Sharan joined Navigate in 2009 from OMDUK. Her current role involves ensuring the performance marketing and media planning teams are working closely together, and developing the long-term vision and digital strategy for our clients. Her third degree black belt in kickboxing is also a useful client management tool!

Alastair Kidner

Group Head (Performance Marketing)

Alastair began his career in the exciting world of Accounting & Finance before moving across to the Digital World. After 3 ½ years at Webgains as a Key Account Manager, Alastair joined Navigate in 2014.

David Glasgow

Group Head (Australia)

David joined us in 2018 and is responsible for the day to day management of our Sydney office. He has been working in affiliate marketing for over 9 years having started his career at Webgains, where he spent his last 2 years heading up their main account management department. He then worked client side as eCommerce Manager for before moving to Sydney in 2017.

Catherine West

Senior Affiliate Account Manager

Catherine began her career in affiliate marketing working at a cashback publisher in Austria, before moving to London in 2014. There, she worked at Rakuten Linkshare as an Account Manager, managing accounts for high street department stores and luxury retailers. Catherine joined the Navigate Affiliate team in April 2016.

Shamark started his career in Performance Marketing in 2013 where he worked with a wide range of advertisers and affiliates at Tradedoubler. He is a technology enthusiast with a strong focus on marketing and the multi-channel experience. In his current role Shamark is responsible for managing and cultivating strong affiliate relationships across a range of Navigate's clients

Jessica Hughes

Media Planning & Buying Account Manager

After completing her degree in Mathematics at Swansea University, Jessica has worked in a digital planning role across a range of clients including Danone, Mitsubishi, Prostate Cancer UK and Tiffany & Co, before joining Navigate. A keen traveller, Jessica enjoys bouldering, Brazilian barbeques and speaking questionable Spanish.

Roberta Toth

Account Executive

After completing her Marketing degree at Australia’s University of Western Sydney, Roberta went on to work in the marketing team of one of Australia’s leading women’s fashion retailers before moving to the UK in 2017. Roberta joined the team in 2018 and works across our Media Planning & Buying and Affiliate teams.

Miles Branford


A fourth year Oxford Brookes University student reading Business and Management, Miles joined Navigate Digital after a year long work placement at "Enterprise Rent A Car" as a Management Assistant. Outside of work Miles is the creative play-maker for Steyning Football Club.

Grant Allaway


Grant has worked in digital advertising for almost 20 years. He started his career at leading B2B publisher Reed Elsevier and spent most of the last decade jointly running the UK's leading digital sales house, AD2ONE.

Julian Miall


Julian previously worked at Reed Business Information, first joining as a graduate in 1997. His other interests include investments in a wide range of start-up businesses and a keen interest in sports and travel.
