Matt D’Alton

Managing Partner

Co-founder and cycling fanatic Matt manages our affiliate management and paid search services. His experience spans over 13 years in both the publisher and agency worlds, and before founding Navigate, he led the UK search and affiliate teams for six years at Universal McCann.

John Kimbell

Managing Partner

John has worked at various agencies since 1997, including EHS Brann, Saatchi & Saatchi and Universal McCann, before co-founding Navigate Digital in 2007. He oversees the agency’s media planning and buying team, and ensures an integrated offering for clients. He also spends far too much time worrying about Portsmouth FC.

Sharan Cheema

Client Services Director

Sharan joined Navigate in 2009 from OMDUK. Her current role involves ensuring the performance marketing and media planning teams are working closely together, and developing the long-term vision and digital strategy for our clients. Her third degree black belt in kickboxing is also a useful client management tool!

Charlie Griffin

Account Director

Charlie started her working career with TUI Travel and joined Navigate in 2012. Her role covers all aspects of media planning and buying, as well as social and PPC advertising. Charlie completed the first online edition of Google's marketing course [Squared] and was nominated as an 'Inspirational [Square]'.

Alastair Kidner

Senior Affiliate Account Manager

Alastair began his career in the exciting world of Accounting & Finance before moving across to the Digital World. After 3 ½ years at Webgains as a Key Account Manager, Alastair joined Navigate in 2014.

David Walby

Search Director

Since graduating with a languages degree from the University of Cambridge, David began his digital career agency side before sharpening his teeth client side at Harvey Nichols. David joined Navigate in 2015 and now oversees all aspects of our paid media proposition. His other interests include documentary photography alongside travel, and all things sport.

Louis Austin

Biddable Account Manager

Louis joined our Biddable team in 2017 having previously worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Rich Clicks. A Marketing graduate from UWE in Bristol, Louis loves travelling, trying new food and is obsessed with Game of Thrones.

Matt Sheppard

International Account Manager

Matt joined cashback giant Quidco in 2012 before leaving to help launch Navigate Digital Australia in 2015. Now based in Sydney, Matt leads the A (Australia) Team from the base in Surry Hills. He’s a trail runner and since moving to Australia, a wine enthusiast.

Catherine West

Affiliate Account Manager

Catherine began her career in affiliate marketing working at a cashback publisher in Austria, before moving to London in 2014. There, she worked at Rakuten Linkshare as an Account Manager, managing accounts for high street department stores and luxury retailers. Catherine joined the Navigate Affiliate team in April 2016.

Nick Vasili

Business Development Manager

Nick joined Navigate in 2017 as our Business Development Manager having previously held a similar role at Plus 1 Communications. Nick’s previous experience saw him work for leading distributors and production houses giving him considerable experience marketing physical product and digital content

Jessica Hughes

Account Manager

After completing her degree in Mathematics at Swansea University, Jessica has worked in a digital planning role across a range of clients including Danone, Mitsubishi, Prostate Cancer UK and Tiffany & Co. Recently returned from a travelling spell around South America, she enjoys bouldering, Brazilian barbeques and speaking questionable Spanish.

Tineal De Jager

Affiliate Account Manager

Tineal began her career in affiliate marketing in 2011 at The Affiliate People Network. She then moved on to Rakuten LinkShare in 2013 as Launch Manager and was promoted shortly after to Account Manager managing several key accounts in a large portfolio. Tineal joined Navigate in May 2015 and now manages a number of our key programmes.

Eleanor Corrigan

Affiliate Account Manager

Prior to joining Navigate in 2015 as an Account Executive for the Affiliate team, Ellie’s most notable achievements included spending time as an English teacher in South Korea, enthusiastically sharing her love of grammar and clauses to many an indifferent child. Her favourite punctuation mark is the ellipsis.

Pam Odumusi

Account Executive

Pam began her career at Navigate as an Account Executive after graduating with a degree in Advertising from Bournemouth University. During her placement year, her most notable achievement was surviving the Fifty Shades of Grey premiere. Pam enjoys all things TV-related and is a very dedicated Game of Thrones fan!

Laura Anschau

Account Executive

After completing a degree in Media with a strong focus in Marketing, our resident Sydney-sider Laura Anschau made the career change from Magazines, into Marketing joining the Navigate Sydney team as their Digital Media Executive. She’s also a full time successful travel blogger, and documents her travels through photography. Her other interests include, but are not limited to, dance and rosé.

Grant Allaway

Director

Grant has worked in digital advertising for almost 20 years. He started his career at leading B2B publisher Reed Elsevier and has spent most of the last decade jointly running the UK's leading digital sales house, AD2ONE.

Julian Miall

Director

As well as being a director of Navigate, Julian is founder and Joint Group MD of global digital sales agency AD2ONE Ltd. Previously, he worked at Reed Business Information, first joining as a graduate in 1997. His other interests include investments in a wide range of start-up businesses and a keen interest in sports and travel.

Ben Jones

Non-Executive Director

Ben is an award-winning broadcaster, producer and content director who spent the last 13 years on national radio for both commercial and BBC radio. More recently, Ben has developed creative content and engagement solutions for brands and agencies, working for clients such as Reebok, Sony, Park Resorts, O2, the Isle of Wight Festival and Strongbow.

Roger RoBOT

Agency Mascot

Roger doesn’t say much, but is a Navigate veteran and is responsible for our quarterly ‘RoBOT’ (Review of Business Objectives & Targets) employee appraisal scheme.
